I always have a dream to invite my parents and little brothers to visiting tourism places someday. I have not ever visited tourism places when I was child. We did not have enough money to go to tourism place. Because of the reason, I always have a dream to do trip to many places in Indonesia and others countries. Besides that, I am very interested in trip. The important thing is I can invite my family to do trip together. When I celebrate my graduation, I had a challenge to invite my parents and my little brother to travel in some tourism places in Jogjakarta. Because my parents did not have much time, I just invited my family to go to Borobudur temple, Prambanan temple, and Parangtritis beach in a day.

I do not tell the three places, I just want to tell you about Borobudur temple. Because I will tell the other places in another post. My family and I went to the Borobudur temple by private car. My uncle rented us a car to go to the place but we also could take public transportation to go there.

Borobudur located in Magelang, Central Java. Borobudur is a 9th century Mahayana Buddhist temple. It is the largest Buddhist Temple as well as one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world. Borobudur is 40 km northwest of Yogyakarta. We arrived at the temple in the morning. We went to ticket box and paid twenty thousand rupiah per one adult ticket. After that, we go to a building near from ticket box; we had to wear Batik cloth when we wanted to visit the temple. We had to wear it from the beginning of our trip until we finished our trip. We visited the whole of Borobudur temple and took some photos. My little brother and my nephew also looked happy and so did my parents. I was very happy when I saw their happiness.

After visiting the temple, we continued to visit some of the museum in Borobudur area. We went to Perahu Museum, Ship Museum. We saw a traditional ship but we did not enter the ship. If visitor want to enter the ship, the must pay one hundred rupiah per person. We did not want to enter it; we just saw it from the outside.

After visiting museum, we decided to go on to next place. So we went out from the Borobudur area. Before we exit, we saw many souvenirs about Borobudur temple in exit gate. There were many souvenirs at the souvenirs shop such as handcraft, ceramic, T-shirt, clothes, traditional bag, and many more.
