When first entering the province of Gorontalo, I hope I can climb to the famous tower in the province. Unfortunately, when my friends and I arrived at the bottom of the tower. Lift tower was damaged and could not take us to the top. But it does not matter, just look at the its tower has become an interesting experience. The tower was called the Tower of Greatness Limboto, in Indonesian Menara Keagungan Limboto.

Based on many sources from the Internet, this tower was founded in 2001 and became the pride of the people of Gorontalo. High tower reaches 65 m with a width of 21 m. There are 5 floors in the tower. The tower is located in Kayubulan, Limboto City, Gorontalo province. It stands beside the historic mosque, Masjib Baiturrahman Limboto, a large mosque in Gorontalo

The tower has a lift provided for tourists who want to see the sights from a height. Unfortunately, the elevator only up to the 3rd floor so had to climb hundreds of steps to get to the top of the tower. But it was not a big problem if these efforts will pay off with beautiful scenery that we can enjoy at the top of the tower. At the peak available telescope to see the beautiful view of the city and lake Limboto.
